Who Are The Organizers?
The primary organizers this year are Moriah (there would be no party without her! She does it all! She's the infamous party goddess extraordinaire) and Night Blooming Jasmine (the net-geeker girlie).

What Can I Do To Help?
Aside from just attending? We have received numerous offers of help from many of you. We will be e-mailing people as the date draws closer with pleas for assistance. Thank you to all that have offered!

How often do you update the site?
The Update page will be updated as information is made available. This page will be updated as we answer your questions and concerns. The overall site is updated as needed, when time is available. (Note: I know... updates have been slow in coming. Thank you for your patience.)

I Am Under 21. Can I Still Attend?
Yes. We will not keep anyone from coming because of age. We must warn you though, people will be drinking and the legal age for alcohol consumption in Nevada is 21. We will be carding you at the door and possibly at the bar as well. Also, some hotels may not rent you a room if you are under 18 or 21. Ask before making reservations. If you are under 18, you must have a chaperone or legal guardian in attendance with you. The chaperone or guardian will also need to sign up for the party and obtain an invitation. This will make it easier for you to enjoy the trip.

Will Any Of The Stars (VIPs) Be Attending?
Quite honestly, who knows? We are looking into it but, we do not know and are not actually planning for it. We are encouraging all guests to come and enjoy Las Vegas and the Party for the sole purpose of having fun. If you are coming to see the casts of BtVS and Angel, you may be sorely disappointed.

Who Can Attend?
Any fan of the shows Buffy or Angel (or both) may attend. It may help if you are part of the Official Buffy the Vampire Slayer Posting Board (PB) or any of the related list-servers as this is where a large sampling of the guests may be coming from.

Is This The PBP ?
No, it is not. We are in no way trying to (or even considering) competing with or being the Posting Board Party nor are we aspiring to be an alternative to the Posting Board Party. This is and will be a fan gathering just like any fan party that has been conducted throughout the Universe.

Why Are You Charging A $40 Fee?
When we first came up with the idea for this, we wanted to accommodate as many fans as possible. This meant that we would have to reserve a location and would probably want it catered as well. Since this is a gathering, we chose a location that would handle all of the guests that a party in Las Vegas might attract. The fee is to cover the cost of the location, the catering (food and drinks), and entertainment at the party.

What Can I Expect at the Party?
To have a good time. There will be food, refreshments, videos, and a few surprises. There also will be a multitude of people who share a common interest to meet, socialize with and enjoy Las Vegas on Halloween.

Why has it been so long since the website was updated?
NBJ has undertaken a new role in life (as a Ph.D. student) and has little free time.
